We shall meet again
in the place
where there is no darkness
no tears to be cried
no pain to be felt
and no blood to be spilt.

We shall meet again
on the other side of the wall
just through the eternal doorway
where the candle glows for all.

We shall meet again,
just around the corner
only the bend in the road
separates us now.

And we shall meet again
on some golden morning,
the crunch of autumn leaves
with the shine of summer sun
glittering on winters snow
next to spring times river flow.

And when we meet again,
many years from now
nothing will have changed
to me you'll mean the same
and we'll share the same old stories
laughing at the same tired lines
like the family we always were.

We shall meet again
where warm fires burn
and we will speak
with the same old voices
and walk through the seasons
for eternity....
